Dashboard
The Dashboard tab, located on the Organization page, shows statistics for the following categories:
Onboardings
Document size in MBs (total for all stored documents)
Tokens Processed (used by AI, if included in product tier)
Logins
User Minutes
An Audit Trail is also presented if any significant actions have been executed at the Organization level (as opposed to the Client level)
Subscription
The Subscription tab shows the features included in tiers Basic, Plus, and Premiere, highlighting the currently purchased tier.
Restoration
The Restoration tab lists the client onboardings that have been deleted but are not yet permanently purged along with following information:
Name
Created - date created
Updated - last dated updated
Removed - date removed
Status - number of days remaining
These client onboardings can either be restored or permanently deleted.
Integration
The Integration tab is used to enter (or change) and test the API Key connection.
Once saved, the API Key will display partially masked for security purposes.
The Save button won't become enabled until the API Key has a successful connection test.
Configuration
The Configuration tab shows a listing of Live (published and ready for use) and Development (draft) configurations.
Configuration files, stored in JSON format, can be used to modify the MSP Template to change labels, fields, field ordering, etc. Configurations can only be changed if included in the currently purchased product tier.
Information for Live configurations includes:
Version - version number
Created - date created
Published - date published
Status - number of records
The only action available for Live configurations is:
Export - export to JSON file
Information for Development configurations includes:
Version - version number
Created - date created
Actions available for Development configurations are:
Export - export to JSON file
Import - import from JSON file
Test - verify configuration
