Article summary


The Clients page is a listing of all current client onboardings. This view is visible to internal users with the following roles: Administrator, Manager, and Sales Rep. External users (client accountants and current MSPs) cannot see this page. The client list includes information such as Company, Accounting and MSP email, last date/time updated, version number, and completion percentages for Sales, Accounting, and current MSP. There is also an indicator as to whether the data has been exported to IT Glue and the amount of time since the last update was made.

There is a toggle switch and two buttons at the top of the screen.

Filter My Records

The Filter My Records toggle switch can be used to show only records that you are assigned to.

New

Click the New button to create a new client record.

Delete

To delete one or more clients:

  1. Select clients in the view by checking the left-adjacent select checkbox

  2. Click the Delete button

  3. Click Yes on the Delete Confirmation prompt

  4. After deletion, the client can be restored up until the number of days defined by your product tier's retention policy.

To open a client record to view or edit, click the Company Name.
