Approvals

Sales Approval is an editable page that can be navigated to by clicking the Edit button and using the Approval link. The link resides under the Sales section. The page is visible to users with one of the following roles: Administrator, Manager, Sales Rep. There is 1 element presented to the user. The element is a component used for the approval process. The component marks the end of the Sales section. All pages in the section must be completed before the approval process for the section can be initiated. If a user with the Sales Rep role initiates the request, the record must go through a review process before it can be approved. A user with one of the following roles: Administrator, Manager, Onboarding Engineer is responsible for reviewing and approving the data. If the data is found to have issues, it will be sent back to the user with the Sales Rep role for correction. Finally, if the request was initiated by an approver, the review process is bypassed and the section is immediately approved.

If a user with the Accountant role initiates the request, the record must go through a review process before it can be approved. A user with one of the following roles: Administrator, Manager, Onboarding Engineer is responsible for reviewing and approving the data. If the data is found to have issues, it will be sent back to the user with the Accountant role for correction. Finally, if the request was initiated by an approver, the review process is bypassed and the section is immediately approved.
