Setup is an editable page that can be navigated to by clicking the Edit button and using the Setup link. The link resides under the Site Configurations section. The page contains the following help text visible to the user Configurations will be displayed based on the type selected below..

The page is visible to users with one of the following roles: Administrator, Manager, Onboarding Engineer, MSP. There is 1 element presented to the user. The element is a Type a choice between one of the following values: (Cloud, On-Premise, Mix), must be completed before sign-offs.

Cloud selections

Cloud selections are editable pages that can be navigated to by clicking the Edit button and using the Microsoft Azure, Private Cloud, Amazon AWS, or Google Compute link. The links reside under the Cloud section. The pages contain the following help text visible to the user Cloud service provider information.. The pages are visible to users with one of the following roles: Administrator, Manager, Onboarding Engineer, MSP. There is 1 element presented to the user. The element is a grid containing Configurations with the following columns:

1) Vendor Website - a text field allowing at most 256 characters, must be completed before sign-offs.

2) Phone Number - a text field allowing at most 10 characters, must adhere to the following mask: (000) 000-0000, contains a validator to ensure accuracy.

3) Management Portal - a text field allowing at most 256 characters.

4) Username - a text field allowing 2 to 64 characters, must be completed before sign-offs.

5) Password - a text field allowing 2 to 256 characters, must be completed before sign-offs, contains sensitive information.

6) Notes - a text field allowing at most 512 characters.

Finally, the grid can be edited simply by clicking on the desired cell.

Physical Servers

Physical Servers is an editable page that can be navigated to by clicking the Edit button and using the Physical Servers link. The link resides under the On-Premise section. The page contains the following help text visible to the user Bare-metal servers.. The page is visible to users with one of the following roles: Administrator, Manager, Onboarding Engineer, MSP. There is 1 element presented to the user. The element is a grid containing Configurations with the following columns:

1) Make - a text field allowing at most 128 characters, must be completed before sign-offs.

2) Model - a text field allowing at most 128 characters, must be completed before sign-offs.

3) IP Address - a text field allowing at most 45 characters, contains a validator to ensure accuracy, must be completed before sign-offs.

4) Username - a text field allowing 2 to 64 characters, must be completed before sign-offs.

5) Password - a text field allowing 2 to 256 characters, must be completed before sign-offs, contains sensitive information.

6) Operating System - a text field allowing at most 64 characters, must be completed before sign-offs.

7) DRAC, Lights Out etc - a text field allowing at most 128 characters.

8) DSRM Password If DC - a text field allowing 2 to 256 characters, contains sensitive information.

9) Roles\Applications - a text field allowing at most 256 characters.

There is 1 element presented to the user. The element is a grid containing Configurations with the following columns:

1) Make - a text field allowing at most 128 characters, must be completed before sign-offs.

2) Model - a text field allowing at most 128 characters, must be completed before sign-offs.

Attachments

Attachments is an editable page that can be navigated to by clicking the Edit button and using the Attachments link. The link resides under the Completion section.

On this page, attachments can be added to the client in general, as opposed to associating attachments to specific configurations.

Attachments are added by revealing the right-hand sidebar and either browsing to a file location or dropping files into the Attachment panel.

The page contains the following help text visible to the user Use the sidebar to the right to attach anything else related to the site. The page is visible to users with one of the following roles: Administrator, Manager, Onboarding Engineer, MSP.
