      Site Configurations is an editable page that can be navigated to by clicking the Edit button and using the Site Configurations link. The link resides under the MSP section.       • Updated By - the user who last modified the record.

    Applications

    Applications is an editable page that can be navigated to by clicking the Edit button and using the Applications link. The link resides under the MSP section. The page contains the following help text visible to the user Line of business application information.. The page is visible to users with one of the following roles: Administrator, Manager, Onboarding Engineer, MSP. There is 1 element presented to the user. The element is a grid containing Applications with the following columns:

    • Name - Application name. Must be completed before saving.

    • Vendor Name - Must be completed before sign-offs.

    • Vendor Website - Must be completed before sign-offs. Is not validated; recommend copy and pasting from browser to ensure accuracy.

    • Vendor Phone Number - Will be validated for proper format.

    • Support Agreement Number - A text field of up to 128 characters. Must be completed before sign-offs.

    • Installed Location - One of the MSP sites, selected from dropdown list.

    • Software Version - a text field allowing at most 32 characters.

    • License Key - A text field of up to 256 characters, must be completed before sign-offs.

    • Notes - Optional free form text.

    Email Vendors
